First:

My tested and compared recommendation to most people for most applications for any brand printer:

INKGRABBER G&G

or OA100

This is the ink I USE, have used for years, and that I've tested to be superior to any of the dozens of available second and third party alternative inks. All inexpensive inks ARE NOT ALIKE- most others give inferior color. This includes off the shelf retail alternative cheap ink sold in places like Office Depot, Staples, etc- which is not good at all.

Recently Inkgrabber has been supplying the OA100 brand of ink- which I have tested extensively here and found it equivalent- AS GOOD or BETTER than G&G packaged ink. So EITHER is the BEST I have found for aftermarket ink carts.

It is generally  75% less expensive than the cost of regular ink refills, with as good or better color than OEM.

There are cheaper inks than this-- but I don't use them...

Read HERE to find out why, the alternatives, and the difference between inks including image comparisons.

G&G and OA100 makes the best matching color ink to Canon OEM inks that I've found (outside of MIS bulk ink for refilling your own carts or used carts. MIS PRE-FILLED carts use a different formula than their bulk in by the way.) In fact, I have not found another brand of pre-filled discount aftermarket carts that I would even consider using for my printing. I print tens of thousands of documents, color book covers, and CD labels each year, and accuracy and color matching to original quality Canon carts is of great importance to me.

If you need a dealer to get G&G or OA100 ink, I have been using Inkgrabber for years, and have found their prices to match any, and their customer service has been exceptionally good- and trust me, there are some bad companies out there..
