QUICK SWITCH! Brain Lesson

(Demonstrative Real Audio Lesson below but, only after you read this...)

The human brain- your's and mine included- is capable of some VERY quick switching between operating modes. You can go instantly from delightful Nirvana ecstasy to depressing hopelessness in the blink of an eye. I can attest to how easy this is after trying to get my car started in freezing cold December weather.

Fortunately, once you learn how the human brain is put together and how to control aspects of perception and brain function (by learning some brain basics and practicing amygdala clicking), the lows don't get nearly so low - and the highs get much higher.

If you are ignorant about what your brain is capable of you may not be able to help yourself and may repeatedly fall into common traps of reptile brain behavior no matter how hard you try: greed (however slight or intense), unreasonable expectation, irrationality, over seriousness, anger. Unpleasant temper tantrum...

HOWEVER- If you have honed your frontal lobes CICIL skills and made clicking forward a habit, you can't help but keep a more cheerful and realistic outlook on life, you enjoy a sense of humor and the ability to laugh at yourself, and you appreciate whatever spot you find yourself in. Ho ho ho!!

The Real Audio segment here illustrates very well one person's INSTANTANEOUSLY uncontrolled flip from wonderful FRONTAL LOBES hope/expectation/delight into awful REPTILE BRAIN depressing/dissapointment/unreality/anger. This person's experience teaches on many levels- but we sincerely hope and expect he had a good laugh at himself a little later on. This lesson may be particularly useful during the holiday's when we sometimes don't get exactly what we wished for. (We've all been there, eh?)

As for the perpetrators of this whole scenario, they too, illustrate some shortcomings of human behavior, and I'm sure they will also suffer a similar fate themselves- one gets what one puts out. Ho ho ho!!

As for my own reaction hearing this example- well, it's hard not to laugh, even when you see a fellow human bean slip on such a painful mental banana peel.......
