I would like to send congratulations to Gary Heil on his achievement of earning rank of Eagle Scouts from the Boy Scouts of America.

Scientific research of the human brain has shown us that the greatest level of intelligence, creativity, and pleasure goes hand in hand with the type of cooperative and society enhancing behaviors that Gary has chosen to perfect in fulfilling the requirements for Eagle Scout. The new neural circuits he has built by clicking his amygdala forward in his Boy Scout duties will continue to serve him and all he comes in contact with in ways far beyond that he can see at present.

I wish Gary further success in all his frontal lobes adventures to come.
